Newon Privacy Policy

Scope. This Privacy Policy ("Policy") applies to all mobile applications developed and operated by Newon ("we", "us", or the "Company"), including related web content. It is a company-wide policy for Newon apps. Examples include OX MONTH, SubPing, and other Newon apps. This page is public and does not require a login.

1. About our services

Newon develops and operates mobile apps. This Policy explains how information may be processed when you use our services. Specific features and data practices may vary by app; please also read each app’s store listing and in-app notices.

2. Information we may collect

Collection may vary by app. In general, categories may include:

  • Information you provide: data you enter or save in the app (for example habit logs, subscription or spending-related inputs, or other content needed for app features).
  • App usage information: limited device or app-related information for quality improvement, error analysis, or security (for example crash/diagnostic information). Specific items depend on the app, OS settings, and third-party SDK policies.
  • Identifying information: we aim to process only what is necessary to provide the service. Apps without accounts may not collect direct identifiers such as your name or email. If you contact us, we may process contact details needed to respond.

3. How we use information

We may use information to: provide and operate the apps, improve user experience, respond to inquiries, analyze quality and security, comply with law, and handle disputes. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Advertising

Some apps may use Google AdMob or similar ad networks. Advertising-related identifiers and device/app information may be processed to deliver ads. You can often adjust ad personalization in device or app settings. See Google’s policies and the Third-party services section below.

5. Data storage

Depending on the app or feature, data may be stored only on your device or may be transmitted to and stored on servers operated by us or third parties (for example sync, backup, or analysis). Check each app’s settings and store description for what applies. Locally stored data may be removed if you delete the app or reset the device.

We may use third-party services or SDKs (which may vary by app), including:

  • Google AdMob: ads and related measurement
  • Other services needed for distribution, analytics, or cloud infrastructure

Third parties may process information under their own privacy policies; we encourage you to review them.

7. Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict processing, or withdraw consent. Contact us using the details below and we will respond in line with applicable laws.

8. Children’s privacy (under 13)

Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without appropriate parental consent. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will take steps to delete it. Parents should use device and store parental controls where available.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; please also protect your device with locks and updates.

We may update this Policy from time to time. For material changes, we may provide notice through the app, store listing updates, or by updating the Last updated date on this page. Continued use after changes may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.
